Parallelization for ProBT

Kick-off of the CILOE project granted by FEDER.

Project CILOE aims for software performance improvements on massively parallel architectures. As one of its partners, Probayes will use its processor farm to parallelize the ProBT inference engine. This will further expand the processing power of ProBT, allowing for complex applications with ultra-intensive computing requirements.
